I started It's Gonna Be Okay in 2018 to share my own journey with others in hopes of erasing the stigma that is often attached to mental illness, and spreading knowledge and awareness about mental health. At the time, I was working in therapy on overcoming a severe phobia and debilitating depression, and wanted to help others feel less alone in their own struggles. I thought that perhaps being open and authentic about my own journey to wellness and healing would empower others to take their own steps towards recovery.
Over the years, I have continued to share my thoughts, experiences, art, and advice on my website and Instagram, and I am so grateful for every kind message, "like", and share.
Five years later, my goal remains the same, but It's Gonna Be Okay has evolved and expanded to also include a shop of handmade decor & apparel! I love to draw stickers & prints, embroider t-shirts, pour epoxy resin decorations, and pretty much any other kind of crafting. Be sure to click the "Shop" button to check out all of the mental health-inspired products I've created with love! Thank you so much for being here and for supporting my small business & my big dreams!
