One of my favorite things about fall is all of the amazing scents that come with it - warm apple pie, fresh autumn air, and pumpkin spice everything. Fall has finally come, and it’s time to get cozy under some fuzzy blankets next to a diffuser! Not only do essential oils help to set the vibe for your comfy nights in, but they also have great health benefits. They can improve your mood and can even help you fight off a cold. I’ve really found that essential oils help to relax after a long day, so they’re the perfect addition to a day full of fall festivities.
Here are some of my favorite fall-scented essential oil blends I’ll be diffusing all season:
Fall cold/flu: 3 drops of eucalyptus, 2 drops of peppermint, 2 drops of cinnamon, 2 drops of frankincense.
Crisp fall air/stress relief: 3 drops of frankincense, 2 drops of cedarwood, 2 drops of clove.
Cozy night in: 3 drops of bergamot, 3 drops of patchouli, 2 drops of orange.
Pumpkin Spice: 2 drops of clove, 3 drops of cinnamon, 1 drop of orange, 1 drop of nutmeg.
Spiced Cider: 3 drops of cinnamon bark, 2 drops of ginger, and 2 drops of orange.
